Our History

Our company, Cleveland Cement Contractors, Inc., was founded in 1944 by two talented and ambitious cement masons named Jerry Luni and Jim Sorgi. Jerry and Jim joined forces with the dedication to provide the best concrete product that they knew how and to provide those services to their customers at a fair price.

As Cleveland Cement’s reputation for quality and fairness grew, CCC began to receive work invitations from General Contractors up and down the east coast. Due to those requests and others, Cleveland Cement opened their Richmond Virginia office in the early 1970’s to better serve our customer base.

Cleveland Cement has continued to grow since our beginnings in 1944 and has now experienced sales volume of over 60 million dollars. We continue to look at opportunities that will enable us to provide our services to those that recognize quality and fairness while keeping our eye to the future.
