The immense size of this project required a very aggressive schedule and demanded an extremely precise floor flatness specification. Extensive planning and execution of that plan by the craftsmen on site led to our ability to place 1600 cubic yard pours (over 200 truckloads and more than an acre of floor space) in a single day. Using cutting edge technology allowed us to meet or exceed the flatness and levelness specifications in all areas. This project has become one of the handful of examples the owner uses on an international basis for a benchmark of concrete finish quality.
